What a lovely find. And a perfect cassoulet. Only problem was that we rushing to get a flight we couldn’t stay to long to soak up the leisurely pace. But if you are looking for classic home made French regional cooking then look no further. Enjoy the lovely kind sincere service that the ladies offer. Absolutely lovely
